Documents reviewed line by line

We read every page, not just count them. Names must match the passport, dates must match across the form, the hotel voucher and the air ticket reservation, and bank figures must make sense against your income. Anything that could raise a question is fixed before submission.

Appointments booked

Online forms are filled carefully with the same details as your documents. Fees are paid through the official channel for that country, and you receive the payment receipt.

UAE visit visa from Pakistan

The UAE visit visa is the most common visa we process. It is usually applied for online through an approved sponsor, and is issued for short stays such as 30 or 60 days. Typical documents include a clear passport scan, a recent photo on a white background and a copy of your CNIC. Depending on the case, the airline or immigration may also ask for a confirmed return ticket and hotel booking in Dubai.

UAE rules change from time to time, so we confirm the current requirements before we apply. Once the visa is issued, you can book flights from Pakistan to Dubai and your hotel with the same team.

Saudi Arabia: Umrah and visit visas

For Umrah, the visa is processed together with your hotels and transport in Saudi Arabia. We handle the full file as part of our family Umrah packages, or as a visa with Makkah and Madinah hotel booking if you have arranged the rest yourself.

Family visit visas usually need an invitation from a relative living in Saudi Arabia, with supporting documents from their side. Some travellers holding certain valid visas, such as a US, UK or Schengen visa, may be eligible for other Saudi visa options. We check which route applies to you before applying. UK standard visitor visa

The UK standard visitor visa covers tourism, visiting family and friends, and short business trips. The application is made online, and you then attend a visa application centre in Pakistan to give biometrics and submit documents. Decisions often take a few weeks, and longer in busy seasons, so apply well before your travel date.

UK officers look closely at your finances, employment and reasons to return to Pakistan. A strong file usually includes six months of bank statements, an employment letter or business documents, tax records, and an invitation letter if you are visiting family. Schengen visa for Europe

A Schengen visa lets you travel across most European countries on one visa. You apply to the embassy of the country where you will spend the most time, or the country you enter first if your time is split equally. Most Schengen embassies in Pakistan work through visa application centres for biometrics.

Schengen files normally need travel medical insurance with at least €30,000 of cover, a day-by-day itinerary, a flight reservation and confirmed hotel bookings for your visa file. Appointment slots can be scarce before the summer, and you can usually apply up to six months before travel, so start early. Our team prepares the travel plan and cover letter for you.

Turkey visa

Turkey is one of the most popular holiday destinations for Pakistani families. Most Pakistani passport holders apply for a sticker visa through the official application channel, with bank statements, employment or business documents, a hotel booking and a return reservation. Travellers who already hold certain valid visas or residence permits, such as for the US, UK or Schengen area, may qualify for Turkey's e-visa instead.

Visit, study, work and family files

Visit visas

For tourism, family visits and short business trips. The focus is on your purpose, finances and reasons to return to Pakistan.

Study visas

Based on an offer from an institution abroad, with proof of funds, academic documents and English test results where required. We help organise the file and appointments; your admission itself comes from the institution.

Work visas

Based on a job offer and employer documents. Pakistani workers going abroad on a work visa also need a Protector stamp from the Bureau of Emigration before departure. We check this before booking your flight to Riyadh or Dammam or anywhere else.

Family visas

For joining or visiting a spouse, parent or child abroad. These files rely on relationship documents such as NADRA marriage and birth certificates, and on the sponsor's documents from abroad.

General visa document checklist

Every country has its own list, but most visit visa files from Pakistan include the following. Use it to start collecting documents while we confirm the exact list for your destination:

• Passport valid for at least six months, with blank pages
• Old passports showing previous travel
• Recent photos to the embassy's size and background
• CNIC and Family Registration Certificate (FRC)
• Bank statements for the last six months
• Bank maintenance letter
• Income tax returns or NTN certificate
• Employment letter, leave letter and salary slips
• Business registration and chamber membership, if self-employed
• Property documents, if available
• Invitation letter and host's documents, if visiting family
• Flight reservation and hotel booking
• Travel medical insurance, where required
• Marriage and birth certificates for family travel

Bank statements and finances

Financial documents are where most files are won or lost. Officers want to see that you can pay for the trip and that your money makes sense.

• Show a steady history. Six months of normal activity is stronger than a high balance that appeared last week.
• Explain large deposits. Sale of property, a bonus or a family transfer should be supported with a document.
• Match your income. Salary credits should match your salary slips and employment letter.
• Include tax records. Tax returns support both your income and your ties to Pakistan.
• Sponsored trips. If a family member is paying, include their bank statement, a sponsorship letter and proof of relationship.

Never borrow money into your account just before applying. Embassies see this often, and it can lead to a refusal. We explain how to present your real finances honestly and clearly.

Your travel plan and bookings

A clear plan shows the officer exactly what you will do and when you will come back. For most visit visas this means a day-by-day itinerary, a return flight reservation and confirmed hotel bookings with your name and dates.

For visa files, we usually recommend refundable hotel rates and flexible reservations, so you do not lose money if the decision is delayed. Once the visa is approved, we confirm the final tickets. If you are travelling for Umrah, the plan is built into your Umrah package.

Appointments and biometrics

Many countries use visa application centres in Pakistan, including in Islamabad, Lahore and Karachi. At the appointment you give fingerprints and a photo, and in some cases submit original documents.

• Arrive a little early with your appointment letter, passport and printed documents.
• Bring originals and copies, arranged in the order of the checklist.
• Mobile phones and large bags may not be allowed inside, so travel light.
• Optional services such as priority processing or courier return are offered by some centres for an extra fee.

Processing times and follow-ups

Processing times depend on the country, the season and your case. Online visas such as the UAE visit visa are often quick, while UK, Schengen and North American visas can take several weeks and longer before summer and Eid holidays.

We track your application after submission and reply to any request for extra documents quickly, because delays in answering can slow down the decision. Please do not buy non-refundable air tickets until the visa is in your hand.

What to do if your visa is refused

A refusal is disappointing, but it is not the end. Every refusal letter gives reasons. Read them carefully — they tell you exactly what the officer was not satisfied with.

1. Share the refusal letter with us, together with the file you submitted.
2. We identify each reason and what evidence would answer it.
3. Depending on the country, you may be able to reapply with a stronger file or request a review.
